Cosmetology, Barbering, Manicuring, and Esthetician

Total Cosmetology Training Center admits as students, persons having:

1. Proof that the student is beyond compulsory school attendance in the state in which the school is located.
2. Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
3. Photo Identification.
4. High school diploma or equivalent.
5. Social Security Card

Instructor Trainee

Total Cosmetology Training Center admits as students, persons having:

1. A current and valid Washington State Cosmetology, Barbering, Manicuring, or Esthetician license depending upon course of study in which the student is enrolled.
   
2. A high school diploma or equivalent.
